sommelier led wine pairings

Love the owner of tasteatlanta. Talked with Brad in depth about wine parings recently. I have not attended one of his wine tastings before, but I am going to set one up for a fun gathering of friends. His passion for pairing lights up his eyes when he speaks. We talked of terroir, rocks, earth, leather, pepper, chalk with delight while my table mate rolled his eyes. He chose a wine that I would love based on my palate and it's lack of love for vanillay wine. His choice? Spot on.
